What you will do:

Conduct urgent and routine mental health assessments for young people presenting with moderate to severe mental health needs.

Gather, analyse, and evaluate information to inform clinical decision-making and risk management.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop tailored care and intervention plans.

Monitor and review the progress of young people, adapting care plans and interventions as required.

Provide advice, education, and support to young people and their families or carers to promote understanding and recovery.
