What you will do:

Family Support: Engage with children, young people, and families using strengths-based approaches to empower positive change and build resilience.

Intervention Delivery: Deliver targeted activities and interventions that promote independence, confidence, and self-reliance.

Safeguarding: Support the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people through effective assessment, planning, and intervention.

Multi-Agency Working: Coordinate and contribute to holistic support plans alongside professionals from a range of agencies and services.

Partnership Building: Develop strong relationships with Health Visitors, schools, housing providers, voluntary organisations, and other key stakeholders.

Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring interventions are outcome-focused and tailored to family needs.

Assessment: Undertake assessments to identify strengths, needs, and risks while ensuring children's and families' voices remain central to decision-making.

Support Planning: Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to create, implement, and review effective family support plans.
