What you will do:
- Chair reviews for Looked After Children, ensuring their care plans promote positive outcomes.
- Work closely with social workers, family members and carers to enhance the children’s quality of life.
- Promote and uphold the rights of children and young people, advocating for their views and opinions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies concerning looked after children.
- Produce comprehensive review records that meet directorate standards.
- Identify and escalate any concerns or issues about the welfare of looked after children.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in social services within the UK as a qualified social worker.
