What you will do

Deliver specialised physiotherapy services within the medical rehabilitation services at West Middlesex Hospital.
Utilise your discharge planning skills to ensure smooth and efficient transitions for patients.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across gastroenterology, endocrine, elderly care, and frailty wards.

Requirements

A valid HCPC registration is a must for this role.
