What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with a range of medical conditions, including elderly, stroke, and surgical cases.

Manage acute caseloads from initial assessment through to ongoing nutritional support, including PEG assessment and NG feeding.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised nutrition care plans for inpatients and outpatients.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and national guidelines.

Provide education and practical advice to patients, families, and carers to promote long-term health and wellbeing.
Requirements

Current HCPC registration.

Minimum of 2 years’ dietetic experience within medical, surgical, and elderly care settings.

A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites (not essential).

Membership of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) is desirable but not mandatory.
