Join us for an exciting role as a Band 3 Support Worker within Children’s Residential Care in the beautiful setting of Guernsey, UK. We are offering initial 3-month contracts for full-time agency positions with immediate starts. Earn competitive hourly rates: £23 for days, £26 for nights and Saturdays, and £28 for Sundays and bank holidays, all outside IR35 allowing you the flexibility to use your LTD company for payment. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be ready to begin 2-3 weeks after receiving the job offer.

What you will do:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people up to the age of 18 in a group home setting.
- Promote a caring atmosphere that offers high standards of specialised personal care, ensuring that every child and young person is treated with respect and dignity.
- Maintain the home’s daily routine, including administrative and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance.
- Support young people in attending appointments, meetings, and fulfilling other commitments to help them establish routines and develop independence.
- Offer guidance and support in all aspects of education, health, and wellbeing, assisting children and young people in reaching their full potential.
- Although holding a valid driving licence is advantageous, there is potential for negotiation based on location and other circumstances.
