Private Associate Dentist – Pershore & Tewkesbury | Independent Private Practice | Permanent Role | June Start Available

Flourish Medical is recruiting a Private Associate Dentist to join a well-established independent private dental practice with sites in both Pershore and Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist seeking a permanent role within a modern and patient-focused private practice environment.
This permanent opportunity is ideally available from June, although the practice is willing to wait for the right candidate. The role is available for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, offering an excellent work-life balance within a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality private dental treatments
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Provide exceptional patient care and communication
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Work collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team
• Adhere to GDC, CQC and clinical governance standards
• Support the continued growth of the private patient base
Requirements – Private Associate Dentist
• Fully qualified and GDC-registered Dentist
• Proven UK dental experience essential
• Experience working within private practice preferred
• Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, patient-focused, and reliable approach
