Associate Dentist in Northampton, East Midlands

We are recruiting for a Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and Private independent dental practice in Northampton. This permanent opportunity offers flexible working days, excellent earning potential, and the chance to work within a genuinely supportive and clinician-led environment.
This role is ideal for a Dentist seeking a position with clinical autonomy, flexibility, and no corporate pressures, alongside opportunities to develop both NHS and private income streams over time.
As an independent practice, they are committed to giving clinicians genuine autonomy. Associates have complete freedom in their choice of laboratories and materials, enabling them to deliver the standard of dentistry they are proud of.
They focus on supporting clinicians to provide high-quality patient care, build lasting patient relationships, and develop their own clinical interests within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
This role would suit either a Dentist completing Foundation Training or an experienced Dentist looking for a predominantly NHS position initially, with strong opportunity to grow and develop a private patient base over time.
Working as a Dentist offers you:

Required Skills & Experience for this Dentist role:
- Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
- Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Proven UK clinical experience
- NHS Performer Number (or eligibility to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK
- Commitment to delivering high clinical standards and excellent patient care
As a Dentist, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments

- Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary
- Providing excellent patient care and communication
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
