Key Responsibilities:
Deliver precise and safe radiotherapy treatment, ensuring optimal care and comfort for all patients.
Operate advanced radiotherapy systems, particularly Varian Truebeam and ARIA, maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary oncology team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment plans.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with clinical governance standards.
Participate in continuous professional development and training, staying updated with the latest techniques and technologies in radiotherapy.
Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to a positive and skilled departmental culture.
Requirements:
HCPC Registration as a Therapy Radiographer (essential).
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Varian Truebeam and ARIA systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A valid UK driving licence is desirable for travel flexibility.
