Electrical Engineer in Haywards Heath, West Sussex

My client is searching for someone to step into the role of Electrical Engineer and get hands on with industrial systems that keep the facility humming. If you are looking for your next engineering challenge. In a fast moving industry where no two days the same – this is for you!

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and PLCs
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults across automated and industrial equipment
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and improvements to electrical systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety and housekeeping procedures

Requirements

• HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualification or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation/Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial or automated electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical drawings, MCC panels, and instrumentation
