I’m looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial growth for a fast-expanding global brand in Istanbul. This role is all about identifying opportunities in commercial real estate, connecting with property owners and developers, and securing new locations to fuel business expansion.
You’ll operate with real autonomy pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals. No micromanagement, no hand-holding just you, your targets, and the chance to earn exceptional rewards for exceptional performance.

Your Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience commercial or B2B sales, within real estate, investment, or hospitality.
- Strong deal-closing ability and experience negotiating complex contracts
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and self-motivation
- Comfortable operating independently with a clear focus on results
