We’re seeking an exceptional General Manager to join a brand-new wine bar venture and help shape it into one of London’s most iconic destinations. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the co-founder to bring a bold vision to life, creating a concept that’s both innovative and memorable.

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborating with the co-founder to establish and grow the wine bar from the ground up
Curating a world-class wine list and showcasing your expertise as a wine specialist
Leading a passionate team, inspiring them with a clear vision, strategy, and love for hospitality
Driving operational excellence while delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences
