What you will do:
- Assess and manage complex cases, devising effective intervention plans for children and families in need.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and safeguarding investigations to protect vulnerable individuals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members to enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Registration with Social Work England
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Recent UK qualified social work experience
- Driver's license and access to a car
