Locum Clinical Pharmacist in Cardiff UK - Earn £40-45 per hour depending on experience. We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Pharmacist who is ready to jump into an ongoing locum assignment starting ASAP. What you will do:

Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and clinical services to patients across various hospital departments
Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to optimise medication management and improve patient outcomes
Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of medicines
Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and best practice guidelines set by the GPHC and HCPC
Provide education and support to patients and healthcare staff on pharmaceutical matters
Participate in audit and service improvement activities to enhance pharmacy services

To qualify for this position, you should be registered with the GPHC and ideally hold 2 years of previous hospital experience. While being a car driver is preferred due to the multi-site nature of this role, it is not essential.
