What you will do:
1. Conduct assessments and reviews to craft and develop tailored support plans for residents and their carers.
2. Implement our strengths-based practice model to help enhance independence and improve quality of life for our service users.
3. Assist social workers with complex cases, providing support and guidance when needed.
4. Collaborate closely with partner organisations to develop strong relationships and support innovative approaches to meet outcomes.
5. Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices and new initiatives.

Requirements:
- Be registered with Social Work England.
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Have recent UK Qualified experience working as a Social Worker, proving your commitment and expertise.
