Job Title: Physiotherapist – Neuro Team
Location: Stagenhoe, Hitchin, United Kingdom
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Team at Stagenhoe, a specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to improve the independence, health, and wellbeing of individuals with neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of service users, focusing on maximising independence and physical functionality

  • Develop and implement person-centred physiotherapy plans, involving families and carers

  • Collaborate with other health and social care professionals to provide a seamless care experience

  • Prescribe, provide, and maintain appropriate equipment within available resources

  • Maintain accurate written and electronic records in line with professional and organisational standards

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision, sharing knowledge through teaching opportunities

  • Support safe and efficient service delivery, safeguarding confidentiality and contributing to service improvements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy

  • Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration

  • Membership of a professional body, e.g., CSP

  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

  • Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessments and interventions

  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively

  • Confidence in assessing and managing physical performance risks
