What you will do:

- Provide therapeutic support to up to five patients in pathway 2 beds for inpatient rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans and rehabilitation activities.
- Use innovative interventions to enhance the residents' quality of life and promote independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Engage with families and carers to deliver compassionate support and guidance.

Requirements:

- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- NHS or UK healthcare experience is desirable.
- While not essential, possessing a driver's license could be beneficial for community visits.
