What you will do:

• Conduct independent reviews of foster care arrangements, ensuring the highest standards of child welfare and safeguarding are met.
• Collaborate effectively with social workers, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children in foster care.
• Produce comprehensive, clear, and accurate reports on fostering reviews, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
• Attend and contribute to foster panel meetings, offering expert advice and guidance on foster care practices.
• Continuously update your knowledge of fostering legislation and best practices to maintain a high standard of care.
