Head of Sales – Exciting Food Concept - £75K + Benefits (£150K OTE)
My client is an exciting food concept who have gained a fantastic reputation for developing and implementing a tasty food brand which is quickly becoming a customer favourite within hospitality & leisure venues.
They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for leading their commercial strategy across HoReCa channel. This is a pivotal leadership role in a high-growth environment which is perfect for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on hustle.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver the commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and grow the sales team to hit ambitious targets.
- Manage key relationships and secure new business with HoReCa channel clients.
- Identify and build new business opportunities in the UK and international markets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and brand positioning.
- Track performance, forecast accurately, and report on key commercial metrics.
The Ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
- Proven sales leadership experience in FMCG, ideally within food & drink.
- Strong understanding of the HoReCa channel and a healthy network of contacts.
- Strong track record of winning, managing, and growing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves.
- A genuine passion for food, sustainability, and brand growth.
