Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of service users’ functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans.
Deliver individual and group interventions focused on skills training, ADL support, and vocational activities.
Monitor and adapt treatment plans collaboratively with service users and the MDT.
Actively involve service users and carers in care planning to promote independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with professional and Trust standards.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in occupational therapy and mental health practice.
