What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of schools, planning and delivering public health initiatives
• Develop and implement personalised health programmes, promoting child health and preventing illness
• Serve as the main contact for designated schools, fostering collaboration for healthy outcomes
• Deliver the Healthy Child Programme and coordinate immunisations
• Conduct needs assessments and work with various providers to promote accessible services to vulnerable groups
• Involve service users in planning and evaluate care while respecting individual beliefs and dignity
• Utilise data to guide decision-making and request clinical tests when necessary
• Identify and support children in need, adhering to safeguarding procedures
• Facilitate training sessions and ensure professional standards are maintained
• Communicate effectively with service users and their networks
