Job Overview
We are seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our team in Leeds. This flexible locum role offers both full-time and part-time options, allowing you to choose your preferred shifts and workdays. With a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth, this role is ideal for nurses looking to develop their skills in a supportive community healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient observations, falls assessments, and pressure area assessments.
Provide PEG care, including tube changes and balloon checks.
Conduct phlebotomy, stoma care, and urinary or colorectal care, including catheterisation.
Deliver wound care for simple and complex cases using a variety of bandaging techniques.
Administer medications, including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections and immunisations.
Provide medication prompts and supervise PEG/NG medication administration.
