What you will do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care across different wards and specialties including the Emergency Department, Louisa Cary Ward, and Simpson Ward.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs, adapting your approach as necessary.
- Support patients and their families with guidance and reassurance.
