What you will do:

- Conduct needs-led assessments for residents and their carers in alignment with the guidelines of the Care Act.
- Make informed professional judgements within the context of relevant legal and policy frameworks to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with individuals to execute occupational therapy assessments, planning the most effective strategies to meet their needs using available resources, with a goal of promoting maximum independence.
- Deliver a bespoke OT service to individuals with physical disabilities and those with complex and multiple disabilities, acting as a vital member of the multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:

- You must be HCPC registered.
- A car driver is essential for this role, ensuring you can effectively reach and serve clients across various locations.
