About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Children’s Front Door Team within Early Help in East Riding of Yorkshire. This locum role offers both full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. You will manage and support a small team of Early Help and Prevention Practitioners and work closely with the Safeguarding Hub and Emergency Duty Team, which are pivotal points of contact for safeguarding concerns and early help enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services for children and families.

• Manage and support staff within the Early Help Hub and Safeguarding Hub, ensuring effective service delivery.

• Provide oversight and guidance to ensure timely decision-making and positive outcomes for children and families.

• Foster a strengths-based, solution-focused, and relational approach within your team.

• Collaborate with co-located partners and multi-agency stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for children.

• Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
