What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate care plans to support the well-being and permanency planning for children within the Corporate Parenting Team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, attend court proceedings, and present findings to facilitate best outcomes for children.
- Work closely with families and carers to ensure the successful implementation and progression of care plans.
- Regularly review cases, adapting plans to meet the evolving needs of children in care.
- Champion the rights and welfare of children, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Social Work England (SWE) is essential.
- Proven experience in UK-based social work with a strong focus on court work and permanency planning is highly desirable.
