What you will do:
- Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Facilitate therapeutic group activities and one-on-one sessions to support patients' rehabilitation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
- Advise and train family members and caregivers on home adaptations and ongoing care approaches
- Regularly review and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Possess recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS
- Be registered with the HCPC
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
