What you will do:

- Assess and manage the dietary needs of adult patients across various acute conditions
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans
- Educate and support patients and their families on nutritional management and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions and adjust as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and practices in dietetics to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is mandatory
- A car driver is preferred to enhance your ability to travel between sites if required
- Post-qualification clinical experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multidisciplinary team collaboration skills
- Commitment to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
