Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Paediatric Team in Rotherham. This full-time locum position offers an ASAP start and ongoing work across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive paediatric assessments, including administering Movement ABC-2, VMI, and TVPS
• Develop personalised intervention plans to support children’s developmental needs and improve quality of life
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive care
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress
• Actively engage with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies for holistic patient care
Requirements
• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of two years’ experience in paediatrics
• Ability to work across multiple sites; a confident car driver is preferable
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
