Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals with a range of mental health needs, focusing particularly on those with personality disorders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with Trust policies and professional standards.
• Travel between sites and attend regional meetings as required, ensuring seamless coordination of care and communication across teams.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to meet the diverse needs of service users while adhering to policies on data protection, equality, health and safety, and clinical governance.
• Participate in moderate to physically active therapy sessions to support clients’ engagement and recovery.
Requirements
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Minimum of two years’ experience within the mental health specialism.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable to facilitate travel between sites.
