What you will do:
- Assess the occupational needs of children and develop personalised intervention plans
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children's development and independence
- Implement and evaluate therapy sessions, making necessary adjustments to better meet each child's needs
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments and interventions
- Provide guidance and support to other team members and utilise innovative methods to enhance service delivery
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care for patients

Requirements:
- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
- Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
- Registered member of RCOT
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Relevant experience in similar settings preferred
- Experience with neurodivergent individuals or those with learning, socio-emotional, or mental health difficulties
- Sound knowledge of OT theory and its practical application
- Experience in multi-professional work preferred
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility and confidence
- Strong report writing skills
- Full UK driving licence with access to a car
- Interest in sensory integration or practice (SI practitioner training a plus)
