These roles will provide project management capacity within children's services in Barnsley MBC. Specifically, they will support projects related to the looked after children's sufficiency and improvement programme, as well as initiatives within the special educational needs and disabilities sufficiency and improvement programme. You will work three days in the office, collaborating with various senior officers to deliver impactful changes across children’s services disciplines.

What you will do:

- Lead and undertake all programme and project management duties.
- Coordinate logistics and planning across service disciplines.
- Establish and run governance boards to guide project direction.
- Maintain action logs, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Work with subject matter experts for effective governance and coordination.
- Focus on key programme areas such as Short Breaks and Digital Transformation.
- Write business cases and strategic reports when necessary.
- Influence senior officers and drive accountability across the organisation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery.
