About the Role

As a key member of the oncology pharmacy service, you will utilise your Chemocare experience and BOPA passport to deliver high-quality clinical verification and support safe, effective cancer treatment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert clinical pharmacy services to the Cancer Services Team, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care.

Undertake clinical verification of Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) prescriptions with precision and accuracy.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practice in chemotherapy management.

Apply your Chemocare and BOPA passport experience to streamline processes and support clinical governance.

Remain up to date with developments in oncology and integrate current best practices into service delivery.

Engage in ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain GPhC registration and clinical competence.
Essential Requirements

Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Proven experience within oncology pharmacy or cancer services.

Demonstrable experience using Chemocare and a valid BOPA passport.

Strong clinical verification skills and excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
