What you will do:

  • Respond with urgency to concerns about a child's safety or well-being, conducting thorough assessments to address their immediate needs.
  • Carry out Section 47 and Section 17 enquiries to ensure child protection and welfare.
  • Devise immediate safety plans and create comprehensive care plans that provide clarity in complex situations.
  • Prepare for and participate actively in formal case reviews, contributing your insights and expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with a network of professionals to craft solutions and secure long-term support when required.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with children, families, and partner agencies, ensuring effective safeguarding and welfare services are provided.
