About the Role

We’re a rapidly expanding Internet Service Provider looking for a motivated and confident Sales Advisor to join our desk-based sales team.

Working from our modern offices at Keele University Campus, you’ll play a key role in driving customer sign-ups across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales who’s looking to make an immediate impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers to convert leads

  • Handle inbound enquiries and identify new sales opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Provide excellent service in a busy, professional environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, telesales executive, or in a contact centre environment

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, calm, and confident when handling objections

  • Competent with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised
