What you will do:

We seek a seasoned MASH Social Worker who can confidently navigate threshold decisions, employ creative solutions in practice, and communicate effectively with partners. A minimum of three years of experience in MASH is essential, along with a robust understanding of the PLEDGE compliant factors.

Requirements of the Senior Social Worker:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Maintain current Social Work England registration.
- Demonstrated significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
