The Position - Graduate SEN Support Assistant
In this role, you will: Graduate SEN Support Assistant
- Assist pupils aged 6–16 with diverse needs, such as Autism, ADHD, Social & Emotional challenges, and Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Provide tailored 1:1 support and guide pupils in small-group sessions
- Encourage independence, social skills, and self-confidence
- Work closely with class teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver engaging learning opportunities

The Ideal Candidate - Graduate SEN Support Assistant
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A graduate with at least a 2:2 degree classification (Psychology, Education, and related fields are particularly relevant)
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable when working in challenging situations
- An effective communicator who can build positive relationships with children and staff
- Ideally experienced in childcare, tutoring, mentoring, or SEN support (though this isn’t essential)
- Eligible to work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship is not available)
