What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to promote health and independence

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation within the multidisciplinary team

• Manage a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes

• Offer compassionate leadership to junior staff, including supervision, appraisals, and personal development planning

• Support occupational therapy student placements and ensure best practice standards are met

• Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways, protocols, and policies

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Extensive post-qualification clinical experience with adults who have complex needs

• Strong clinical reasoning and specialist knowledge of assessment/treatment models

• Proven experience applying occupational frameworks and approaches

• An understanding of supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and mental illness
