What you will do:
- Carry out assessments, support plans, and reviews for children and carers within the fostering service.
- Facilitate and support the matching process between children and foster carers.
- Provide professional support to foster carers, ensuring they can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Work collaboratively with various professionals and agencies to promote the welfare of the children in foster care.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports in line with Social Services policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable frontline experience in Social Services as a qualified Social Worker within the UK.
