Job Role: Prison Cleared Substance Misuse Nurse Location: HMP Lowdham Grange, Old Epperstone Rd, Lowdham NG14 7DA Pay Rate: Weekdays £26 per hour, Saturday £32 per hour, Sunday/Bank Holiday £37 per hour Umbrella/ LTD Contract: ASAP - Ongoing Hours: 8am to 4pm Full Time. Must already hold prison clearance.

What you will do:

• Administer and manage medication for substance misuse, ensuring all protocols are precisely followed.
• Develop, implement, and continuously review individualised care plans for inmates with substance misuse issues.
• Conduct assessments and provide regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all inmates.
• Offer education and support to inmates to help them understand and manage their condition.
• Maintain clear and accurate records for all patient interactions and interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support the safety and rehabilitation objectives of the facility.
