What you will do:

  • Assess the need for social work services, identifying risks and protection needs, and determine suitable interventions to support clients.
  • Collaborate with a range of professionals and agencies to deliver optimal outcomes for individuals.
  • Efficiently manage and monitor your allocated caseload to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of your work and fulfil all necessary administrative functions.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and take advantage of training opportunities.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to service evaluation and development by collaborating with other social services staff and external entities.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to social work students as required.
