Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support classroom teachers in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to boost student confidence and progress

Help with lesson planning and classroom organisation

Foster positive relationships with pupils and support their academic and personal development

Gain practical experience that will prepare you for teacher training or a long-term career in education
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A 2:1 degree (or higher) in a core subject or related field (Russell Group or top-30 university preferred)

Strong academic background (GCSEs and A-levels)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, flexible, and proactive mindset

A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education

Previous experience working with young people is a bonus, but not essential
