Chef De Partie in Glasgow

KPI Hospitality are seeking Chef De Parties for a permanant role based in the outskirts of Glasgow.

Flexible Hours — Week Day & Weekend Shifts

Role profile:

As a Chef in our culinary team, you will have responsibility to develop and produce meals.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
• Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices

Working as part of a team in a customer centric environment

• You will also be required to undertake some manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal duties

What you'll have:

• Either City & Guilds 706/1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2
• Previous catering experience as a Chef
• Fully knife trained
• To be very familiar with authentic and conventional, as well as contemporary ingredients, with a detailed knowledge of, and experience in, preparing different cuisines  Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling/bending and reaching
