You'll work across KS3 and KS4, partnering with experienced teachers to deliver effective learning support and make a real impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Run 1-to-1 and small-group interventions in Maths across KS3, KS4 & KS5

Foster supportive relationships that positively influence student learning and engagement

Assist in lessons to help deliver learning outcomes and support class teachers

Lead bespoke tutoring sessions aimed at deepening student understanding

Benefit from weekly training designed to enhance your teaching practices
Who We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:

A Maths (or related) degree with a 2:1 or higher (or soon-to-be graduate status)

A real interest in supporting young learners

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ambition to become a teacher in the future

Experience working with young people is a bonus—not essential
