What you will do:

Participate actively in the daytime AMHP rota, conducting Mental Health Act assessments as an Approved Mental Health Professional.

Deliver a range of interventions to individuals experiencing mental health crises, making sound, legally defensible decisions regarding compulsory detention when necessary.

Conduct complex risk assessments using specialist knowledge and manage high-risk situations with evidence-based decisions tailored to service users and carers.

Adhere to HCPC standards of proficiency, maintaining your registration and addressing development needs during supervision and appraisals.
