What you will do:

- Experience and understand the duty function, working efficiently within a fast-paced team.
- Undertake Social Care Needs Assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Manage safeguarding cases and conduct DST's/CHC meticulously.
- Utilise case recording skills to document and communicate effectively.
- Work to right-size support and signpost clients where necessary.
- Provide evidence, manage, and escalate risks proactively.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Make care user connections essential to your role, ensuring quality interactions and outcomes.
