The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils aged 11–16 who have a variety of learning needs, from Autism Spectrum Condition to complex SEMH requirements. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist with lesson delivery, adapt learning materials, and promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Your role as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant will also involve liaising with teaching staff, therapists, and support workers to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
This position is particularly suited to Psychology graduates or those with experience in youth work, sports coaching, care, or other child-focused roles.

- Confident in managing challenging behaviour
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
