We have an ongoing locum position available for a dynamic Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of older adults. This is a part-time role at 30 hours per week and requires an HCPC registered professional. What you will do:

• Engage in the Occupational Therapy process, including comprehensive information gathering, assessment, intervention planning, conducting interventions, and evaluating outcomes leading to discharge

• Provide specialised support to older adults, clients with dementia, and individuals with complex needs and various conditions

• Offer rehabilitation services for clients recovering from surgery, accidents, and injuries such as hip or knee replacements, hip fractures, spinal surgery, and post-fall recovery

• Execute moving and handling tasks for clients with complex needs, ensuring the correct provision of slings for both full and standing hoist usage
