We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team on Roustel Ward, a unique 20-bedded unit dedicated to delivering exceptional care for individuals living with dementia. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Guernsey, this full-time role places you at the heart of compassionate, person-centred care in a dementia-friendly environment where your contributions truly matter.

You’ll be part of a skilled, collaborative team helping service users transition smoothly into community-based environments or back home, while also supporting their families with empathy and professionalism.

What You Will Do:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based practice

• Work independently to recognise changes in patient presentations and escalate as needed

• Guide and mentor other team members to ensure cohesive, high-quality care delivery

• Support patients in their daily living activities and promote their independence

• Act as a health educator, engaging patients and families in their health journey

• Participate in risk management and report incidents in line with safeguarding protocols

• Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety and compliance
