What you will do:

- Lead assessments and develop care plans for children in need of protection, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Engage with families, carers, and other professionals to provide targeted and effective support
- Manage cases within the Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and court work frameworks
- Keep detailed records of case progress, documenting all interventions and decisions
- Represent the team in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to service development
